Magic of Believing Part ONE by Claude Bristol http://ping.fm/pVV9J
Believe
Whatever you believe is 100% true. Energy and your subconscious mind are reacting to your true inner feelings and beliefs. Your life is a reflection of those feelings and beliefs.

Making an effective long-term change requires you to change your feelings and beliefs. Most people have been conditioned to believe that they can make changes in their mind...they can't. If that were true all you would have to do is think of a something and it would happen.

Changes occur when your conscious desires are aligned with your subconscious feelings and beliefs. Use your life as your mirror for truth and know that when you change on the inside the outside will follow.
"Forgiveness is the economy of the heart... forgiveness saves the expense of anger, the cost of hatred, the waste of spirits."
"The starting point of all achievement is desire. Keep this constantly in mind. Weak desires bring weak results, just as a small fire makes a small amount of heat."

"A thoughtful mind, when it sees a Nation's flag, sees not the flag only, but the Nation itself; and whatever may be its symbols, its insignia, he reads chiefly in the flag the Government, the principles, the truths, the history which belongs to the Nation that sets it forth."

- Henry Ward Beecher
"Would you like me to give you a formula for success? It's quite simple, really. Double your rate of failure. You're thinking of failure as the enemy of success. But it isn't at all... You can be discouraged by failure - or you can learn from it. So go ahead and make mistakes. Make all you can. Because, remember that's where you'll find success. On the far side."

Thomas J. Watson
1874-1956, Chairman of IBM
Try
I was amazed to see how often I said and heard the word try. This is a low energy word filled with the feeling of failure. How does it sound when someone says, "I am trying to lose weight." It has the immediate feeling of struggle and disappointment.

All words carry energy and vibration. Stop saying try and replace it with a positive word or phrase, "I am starting a new exercise program and becoming healthier."

There is a big difference in those two statements. Stop trying to do things, it is not necessary. All you have to do is be and move forward.

Alignment
When your car begins to pull to one side you take it in for a wheel alignment. Your life is also pulling from one side to another which requires a life alignment.

We are never in perfect balance but our objective is to stay as balanced as possible. You achieve this balance by being very aware of your feelings and patterns. When you see yourself beginning to drift take notice and make an adjustment.

Maintaining good alignment will help you move through challenges quickly and hold a higher vibration of energy.

Truth
We all have identities and certain beliefs about what we feel we should be doing. In life, our mission is to get to the truth. You must accept who you are regardless of how it may conflict with your beliefs.

In many cases we avoid the truth because it moves us to a place of intense discomfort. Look at your life and evaluate your truth. How do you feel about your relationships, career, health, friends, family, financial situation and of course yourself?

Be honest, you will be amazed at how far apart your life and truth may really be.
